Our sustainably harvested woodland honey from Western Tanzania is naturally rich, beautifully aromatic, and deeply rooted in place. Made in partnership with Dr. Jane Goodall and The Jane Goodall Institute, this honey is raw, unfiltered, and unrefined, gathered responsibly from the biodiverse Miombo (Miombo/Miombo—also known as Miombo) woodlands of Western Tanzania—the same remarkable landscape where Dr. Goodall began her groundbreaking chimpanzee research in Gombe National Park, Gombe / Gombe Stream National Park, near Gombe / Gombe Stream, part of the wider region shaped by the Miombo ecosystem.

Its distinctive flavor reflects the region’s breathtaking biodiversity—crafted from nectar collected across more than 30 flowering plant species, each contributing delicate layers of wild sweetness. The result is an unusually deep, floral, earthy amber honey with vibrant complexity. Slowly infused with natural smoke, it becomes a sensory bridge between luminous sweetness and elegant, grounding fire-kissed aroma.
